Quality Engineer

Role Overview
As a Quality Engineer, you dive into both daily quality challenges and process improvements. Your primary role involves effective communication with customers and suppliers regarding quality agreements and complaint handling. Together with your colleagues, you analyze deviations from quality standards and proactively develop improvement actions (CAPA) to prevent repetition and ensure continuous enhancement.
Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage in daily quality challenges and process improvements.
• Effectively communicate with customers and suppliers regarding quality agreements and complaint handling.
• Analyze products and materials that do not meet quality standards and develop and implement improvement actions (CAPA).

What You Bring to the Table

• Completed MBO 4 / HBO degree, preferably in mechanical engineering and/or electronics.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of effectively working in a production environment.
• Proficiency in various quality tools, such as the 8D methodology, FMEA, fishbone diagram, and 5xWHY methodology.
• Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
• Proactive attitude, demonstrated by taking initiative and proposing solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Skill in conducting thorough analyses and implementing practical improvements.
• Attention to detail and dedication to delivering quality at the highest level.
